Hellooo... Missed you all so much :D Sorry for such a late update.

Nestled at Bandung's Dago area, here is another western dining restaurant, Capital 8. Located across GMC, i don't think you'd missed this place, since they have a large signboard. Parking area is a bit small tho.

But once you step in, it's quite spacious lengthwise. They have indoor & outdoor dining area. Classic interiors, with tables and chairs made of wood.

Spaghetti Aglio - Rp 50.000

Ordered their Spaghetti Aglio. It's a bit spicy, too dry to my liking. And i'd prefer the cheese to be finely grated.

Crispy Dory - Rp 65.500

Crispy Dory, fish meat is fresh and nicely fried. Crispy outside, tender inside.

Dory Almond Crushed - Rp 65.500

My recommended menu of what i've tried tonight will be Dory Almond Crushed. Pan fried Dory served with mashed potatoes, vegetables, lemon. It's fresh and nicely seasoned.

Strawberry Oreo Parfait Balloon - Rp 48.500

After lurking around their instagram ( @capital8_butterbrothersnco ), i'm very excited to try their Strawberry Oreo Parfait Balloon. See? It's just too cute to be missed. Sweet and delicious! I like to mix it first so you get burst of flavour from cotton candy, granola, cream cheese, and strawberry. Yum!

Avocoffee - Rp 28.500

I had their Avocoffee for drink and it's great. Nice blend and consistency of avocado and coffee.

Earl Grey - Rp 20.500

Waroeng Ethnic is a classic, simple kind of restaurant. Lighting is slight  yellowish, which gives you a romantic ambiance.

They are serving both indonesian and western food. My review here goes to the 'secret' menu, one that you have to ask to see. I just found out about it from my friend, i mean where have i been, right?

Ragi Rosti - Rp 79.000

This 'secret' menu are 90% pork. And i tried their Ragi Rosti. Their Rosti is very well known, and it IS delicious. Pork meat is not quite tender tho.

BBQ Smoked Pork Chop - Rp 85.000

Bbq smoked pork chop is good, but again, the pork meat is not quite tender.

Kopi Susu Panas - Rp 14.000

Sereh Tea Panas - Rp 20.000

For drink, i ordered Kopi Susu Panas and Sereh Tea Panas. The coffee taste is ordinary, while Sereh Tea is awesome. I like how fragrant the lemongrass is.

Overall, it's a pleasant gastronomic experience and i'd love to come back for another round.

Farmhouse @ Jl Raya Lembang, Bandung

It's holiday season HO-HO-HO! And here's the newest place in Bandung you can visit, Farmhouse. Located at Jl Raya Lembang, you can easily spot this place, since there's a large signletter in front of it.

Farmhouse has a great european village theme, till I can imagine myself walking around with the old european dress and hat. It's a great place for pre wedding session or just for a crazy photo time with friends.

On the outer rightside, you can found a small zoo. There are sheep, bunny, bird. And there's a small flower garden too.

Sosis Bakar - Rp 15.000 

Sunkist Juice - Rp 25.000

To get in, you just have to pay Rp 20.000. And don't lose the ticket, since it can be redeemed with fresh milk or sausage. It can also be used as a discount voucher for food & beverage inside. I used mine as a discount voucher for juice, but i don't recommend the sunkist juice since it's basically a syrup. My friend choose melon and the other one choose pineapple banana. Both are fresh ones. Yum!

Farmhouse is a good getaway from town, and it's not very far too.

Sudirman Street @ Jl. Sudirman, Bandung

Sudirman Street is the latest hyped food market in Bandung. It can be accessed from either Jl Sudirman or Jl Cibadak. And it gets merrier and crowder as the night goes. The street is clean, spacious, with no cars passing by. Basically...it's an upgraded Jl Cibadak.

There's around 20 food stall in here, ranging from chinese food, nasi campur, noodles, sandwich, satay, kuotie, wonton, martabak asin, sandwich, es campur, crepes, tahu gejrot, etc. And, here are some that i've tried.

Nasi Hainam Komplit - Rp 40.000

Nasi Campur Kencana, their long queue got me curious, so i ordered their Nasi Hainam Komplit. But when it came, it's just good.

Kuotie - Rp 50.000 (10 piece)

Kuotie Kelenteng, it's fried nicely, tasted good.

Pork Satay - Rp 65.000 (10 skewer)

Pork Satay from Kedai Kun Kun. It's different from the usual pork satay i've eaten, since it's not overly sweet and served with mild peanut sauce.  Yum-meh.

Mango Juice - Rp 10.000

Ice Cappuccino - Rp 12.500

A refreshing mango juice from a juice cart near Nasi Campur Kencana. And the Ice Cappuccino from SS Kopi tasted like an instant one. I think it would be great if they can served coffee made with espresso machine, since i've seen none inside nor in nearby area.

There are many food that i wanted to try, but my tummy capacity is maxed out already. So.... I'LL BE BACK hohoho

Ramen 38 Sanpachi @ Mayfair Building - Jl Sukajadi, Bandung

I personally think that every cafe/restaurant should have this one or more menu that keep people comes back. And you nailed this, Ramen 38! I keeps craving for more of mmhhh hhhmmm. Are you curious? Hahaha. Then keep on reading.

Ramen 38 Sanpachi is located at Mayfair Building 1st floor. It's a small, yet comfortable Japanese restaurant. Their interior is mostly from wood, which gives you this classic elegant kind of feel.

Tonkotsu Ramen - Rp 44.000++

Since it's a Ramen restaurant, they have plenty choices of Ramen on their menu. I had their Tonkutsu Ramen. And i like it a lot, the tender and springy noodle, the savoury thick pork broth, It's just delicious.

Takoyaki

Now who can resist these balls of Takoyaki? It's adorable to see the dancing katsuobushi when they served it. FYI, Katsuobushi is made of shredded fish meats. I took a bite of it, and it's moist, gooey in a good way.

Pirikara Buta Kakuni - Rp 38.000++

And here is my favourite menu each time i dine here. This is what keeps me coming back *drool*, Pirikara Buta Kakuni. It's TRIPLE YUM. The pork belly is nicely braised. Sweet, tender, and savoury. You can eat it as it is, or mix it in your ramen.

Free Condiment - Konnyaku

It's always great to have some dessert, and it's even greater when it's free. Yay! This konnyaku wrapped my lunch in a refreshing way.

Sooo... this Ramen Restaurant will still be on my top to go list. Maybe we'll met each other when you dine here :D See yaaaa!

Mosaic All Day Dining Restaurant @ Jl Lembong, Bandung

Mosaic is a fusion buffet dining restaurant, located inside Crowne Plaza Hotel, which just opened 2 months ago. The interior is grand, with granite tiles, high ceiling, colourful glass window, cozy dining chairs, and wooden tables. It really gives you THAT luxurious feeling.

They have 9 stations: noodles, bbq, western, indonesian, chinese, sushi & sashimi, salad & soup, fruit, dessert.

Choices of noodle

Glass Noodle in Tom Yum broth

At noodles station, you can choose between variety of noodles, topping, and soup base available. There are 3 types of soup base, chicken, beef, and tom yum. I had Glass Noodle in Tom Yum Broth. And the tom yum soup is great, it had that kickin' spicy and sour flavour. Delicious!

Dim Sum

Right beside Noodle station, you'll find Dim Sum, They serve Shumai, Har Gao, and Spicy Chicken Leg. Tastewise, it's average.

BBQ station

BBQ Station

Bbq station is located outdoor, there are lots of choice here, from bratwurst, chicken, beef, shrimp, squid, lamb satay. I think it's better if they bbq more than orders to avoid lonq queue and waiting time.

Baked Potato

You'll find Baked Potato on BBQ Station, but it's not seasoned at all. Just a bland, natural potato taste.

Beef Steak

Grilled Lamb Leg

Western food station is my highlight for Mozaik. They served BEEF STEAK here, which is cooked medium well, just as my personal liking. It's really delicious. Yum yum! There's also grilled lamb leg and pasta.

Peking Duck

BRAISED PEKING DUCK!!! You can find this on Chinese food station. This is GOOODDD.

Homemade Ice Cream

Doesn't it look appetizing? There are sugar cookies, assorted traditional kuih basah, pudding, es campur on Dessert Station. And there's also homemade ice creams! The ice creams are not over milky, have a soft texture, and good taste. I tried green tea, vanilla and strawberry. Lovin' it.

Fruit Station

I super duper like their Fruit Station. As you can see above, there are lots of fruit choices. You can also take the apple, or passionfruit on that container.

Say HEY HO korean food lovers! This is one of the first korean restaurant in Bandung. Perhaps many of you, Bandung residents have tried this. Yet, this is my first time here *shy*

The place is a humble one, just like an ordinary home with tables and chairs. I like how they arrange the tables so it's quite spacious between one another, make it comfier for chit chat.

Dak Galbi - Rp 75.000

I tried their Dak Galbi, it's marinated chicken in gochujang sauce sauteed with tteok (rice cake), fried wedges, and cabbage. It came in a surprisingly big portion, perfect for sharing. Had this spicy and soury taste.

Dak Twgim - Rp 55.000

Their Dak Twgim is awesome. Look at that! It's crisply fried and perfectly coated with honey. Sweet :D

Deji Bulgogi - Rp 65.000

And this one is GOOODDDD, Deji Bulgogi. It's really good to ate this with a bowl of warm rice. The pork meat is nicely cooked, tender and had the right thickness. It's savoury, and  had this refreshing subtle pear taste. Yum!

Pat Bing Soo

I'm such a sweet tooth who can't resist such a delicious looking Pat Bing Soo. Mix it together and you'll get the red bean's and chocolate sauce's sweetness, the sourness of strawberry & mango. It's just totally refreeshing.

Sooooo.... Their Deji Bulgogi is one of come-back-for-more menu to me. And there is still more that i haven't tried yet.
