Lotek Mahmud @ Jl Mahmud, Bandung

This humble home restaurant has opened since my sister still a high school girl. That means 25 years ago. It remains her Bakmoy favourite, and mine too.
What amaze me is there are no Lotek Mahmud signboard, but people just know it's there. Here is a sign that you're at the right place.

Nasi Bakmoy (nasi 1/2) - Rp 17.000
And this is my champion, Nasi Bakmoy.
Very generous cuts of pig meat, fried beancurd, celery, fried shallot in a very fragrant and wonderful broth. Yum! If you like it spicy, you can add their homemade 'sambal kecap'. But, I don't like how stingy they are. They charge Rp 1.000 for every additional takeaway 'sambal kecap'. Meh!
Petis Tahu - Rp 16.000
Next on my top list is Petis Tahu. I love how the Petis sauce taste is not dominating, but nicely blend with cuts of fried beancurd, beansprout, cucumber, fried shallot, and chips.

Gado-Gado - Rp 16.000
Their Gado-Gado's peanut sauce consistency is great, well complement the steamed potatoes, lettuces, long beans, cabbages, fried beancurds, chips, and cuts of boiled egg.

Nasi Lengko - Rp 16.000
I don't understand the popularity of Nasi Lengko here. Nothing special for me, standard taste with standard ingredients. What do you think?

Rujak Uleg - Rp 15.000
While their Rujak uleg is just too sweet for me.
